Medal Mounting Services

Court Mounting

Available for both full-size and miniature medals, court mounting is both good-looking and hard-wearing, as each medal is secured in place to avoid excessive movement, wear and tear.

Medals are mounted onto a stiff board backing to showcase both the medal ribbon and medal itself, and has a brooch bar for ease of wear, finished with a black or red felt backing on the rear for a smooth finished look.

If retired from service, the felt backing can be a custom colour to match regimental facings or personal preference.

Swing Mounting

Available for full-size medals, swing-mounting is the traditional way to wear medals in uniform, still utilised to this day by certain services and regiments.

Medals are sewn directly to the brooch bar for uniformity of wear.

Ribbon Bars

Available for full-size medal ribbons, ribbon bars are used by the armed forces and civilian services across the world to showcase medals awarded to the individual, without the risk to the medal itself.

Traditionally worn on the left breast of non-ceremonial uniform, ribbon bars are increasingly common in frames and on embroidery to showcase service in a stylish but discreet way.

Framing

Frames are an excellent way to showcase your medals without collecting dust, but being available for wear at a moment's notice.

Frames can be customised in almost any way, with cap badges, collar dogs and other insignia being common additions.
